Welcome to our woman-owned and operated Yoga and Wellness Center on beautiful Oak Island. Our center offers a unique blend of yoga and wellness practices to promote physical and mental well-being. We're proud to have a diverse team of partners who share our vision of providing a nurturing space for everyone to explore their wellness journey. Although not involved in the day-to-day operations or management of the studio, our male partner supports our mission to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
At our center, we believe wellness is a holistic practice that includes a balanced combination of movement, mindfulness, and self-care. That's why we offer classes in all the yoga disciplines, including infrared heat, to provide a diverse range of practices that cater to individual needs and preferences.
Our team of experienced and certified instructors are passionate about helping our students cultivate a deeper understanding of their bodies and minds and create sustainable habits that promote optimal health and performance.
Our Yoga and Wellness center is proud to have a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a massage therapist on-site, providing expert guidance and support to our students.
Our massage therapist offers various services to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve muscle recovery. Our Doctor of Physical Therapy provides consultations and customized treatment plans to athletes and individuals recovering from injuries, helping them get back on track and achieve their goals.
At our center, we believe that holistic wellness involves a collaborative approach. We work closely with our on-site physical therapist and massage therapist to provide comprehensive care and support to our students.
